Grated cheese blends are widely used in the preparation of numerous Italian-style recipes, which is why we have developed various products that differ in taste, seasoning properties and use.
Among these we find the Blend Vega, a mixture of grated cheeses without preservatives (it does not contain lysozyme) to preserve the aspects of naturalness and genuineness. The Vega blend is also suitable for vegetarian preparations or recipes, because it is produced only with cheeses containing microbial rennet.
