Dalter has over 15 packaging lines installed in its own production area, all of these kept up-to-date with the most modern technologies present on the market. In addition to these, we have some unique production lines, designed and upgraded by our Technical Department.
Formats for the food industry and food service
Square bottom bag
Lot with 3 welds and broad base that gives to the pack a stand-up position. The flexible film is made of an oxygen/gas barrier and it preserves the cheese in a modified atmosphere.
Packages from 500 g to 5 Kg
3 bag welds with flexible film of oxygen/gas barrier. The cheese is packaged in modified atmosphere.
Packages from 5 g to 200 g
Horizontal packaging technology, with 3 welds and flexible film of oxygen/gas barrier. Preserves the cheese in a modified atmosphere.
Packages from 20 g to 200 g
Rigid container with film on the top, both with gas-oxygen barrier. The modified atmosphere packaging preserves the cheese.
Packaging from 500 g to 2,5 Kg
Pillow bag or stand-up sachets, packaged in oxygen/gas barrier films. The bag is available both with and without reclosable zip. The grated cheese is packaged in modified atmosphere.
Packaging from 80 g to 200 g
A rigid packaging solution for wedges in modified atmosphere and also available in a flexible vacuum tub version, both with resealible oxygen/gas barrier film tops.
Packaging from 5 g to 200 g
Pre-formed round tub made of an oxygen/gas barrier plastic, and a peelable oxygen/gas barrier film on the top. The tub is available with resealable lid. The packaging in modified atmosphere preserves the product.
Packaging from 50 g to 100 g
Plastic grater and shaver, refillable and dishwasher safe, with ring nut for fillets or leaves cuts. The grater, placed within a particular valve oxygen/gas barrier, keeps the cheese in a modified atmosphere.
Packaging of 100 g
Packaging for wedges of different sizes, which preserves the cheese in absence of oxygen/gas.
