ad-hoc BLENDS FOR EVERY PURPOSE
In preparing each different recipe, the use of grated cheese as an ingredient gives the dish different characteristics in terms of browning, creaminess, flavour and crispness.
Our Quality Assurance Office, in synergy with the Research&Development department, has carried out a careful analysis of the main properties that characterise our blends, and that are fundamental in guiding our clients’ choices.
BLENDS IN LINE WITH MARKET TRENDS
Our range includes different types of blends:
- Blends suitable for vegetarians: these mixes are made using only cheeses containing rennet of microbial origin
- Preservative-free blends: to preserve the natural and wholesome aspects, these blends are made using only cheeses that do not contain preservatives
- Blends with PDO cheeses: for operators in search of refined ingredients and who wish to stand out for the high level of quality in their raw materials, we have created these blends containing a percentage of Italian PDO cheeses
- Gluten-free blends: all blends in our range are suitable for gluten-free recipes
