Pastamore is an hard cheese produced with pasteurized cow’s milk, packaged without the addition of preservatives. Compact, straw-colored paste, strong taste and harmonious. The use of microbial rennet makes it a cheese suitable for vegetarians.

  • Cut: this cut is similar to the famous julienne, thin threads of cheese around 2-3 cm in length.

  • Application: thin threads of cheese that melt evenly and slowly to ensure perfect control of the preparation. They are particularly suited to dressing lasagne or first dishes. Fillets represent an exquisite alternative to grated cheese to add an extra touch to soups.
